The terms of service provided herein govern your use of the site and services. Before accessing or using our services, read these terms of service carefully. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to become bound by the terms of this agreement. You may not access or use any of our services if you do not agree to all the terms of this agreement.
Our Services are not directed to children. Access to and use of our Services is only for those over the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Union). You may not register for, or use, our Services if you are younger than this. Any person who registers as a user or provides their personal information to our Services represents that they are 13 years of age or older (16 years or older in the European Union).
You agree to provide us with complete and accurate information when you register for a Comito account. You will be solely responsible and liable for any activity that occurs under your username. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to change or modify parts of these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms of Service, we will post the revised Terms of Service on Comito and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms of Service. If you disagree with the revised Terms of Service, you may terminate this agreement immediately as provided in these Terms of Service. If you do not terminate your agreement before the date the revised Terms of Service become effective, your continued access to or use of the Services will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
1.3 Money Back Guarantee:
Comito will refund the full amount of your purchase and subsequently terminate your access to the Service upon request when the sooner of 30 days after purchase lapse, or 30% of the purchased video course is consumed. This policy is applicable unless required by law in your jurisdiction. Accounts which have violated the terms of service are not eligible for refunds.
Violations are determined at Comito's sole discretion. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse or restrict any and all current or future use of the Service without delivering a refund if we determine that you have abused our refund policy.
